From a young age, I have been fascinated by the human experience. I often found myself wondering what makes us us and paid close attention to people’s relationships with themselves, one another, and their environments. This curiosity stayed with me and led me to pursue a career in psychology and counseling. I’ve applied the knowledge and skills developed through my education in various work settings including research, non-profits, schools, and the private sector. Through exploring many areas of this field and multiple roles within, I was able to identify what I wanted my career to look like. This led me to launch my own business with the hope of connecting with and empowering individuals, professionals, and companies on their journeys while simultaneously enjoying mine.

I am originally from San Diego, California. After moving around the country for several years, I settled on making Colorado home. When I’m not working, you can find me hiking outdoors, curled up with a good book, or spending time with family and friends.

Gus Giorgione

Therapy Dog

Gus is an AKC Registered Golden Retriever. He lived with his breeder for the first 2 years of his life, working as a show dog. At age 2, Gus decided it was time for a career-change, and that’s when he became a part of my family.

After meeting Gus for the first time, I quickly observed his calming and intuitive presence. It seemed like he was meant to be a therapy dog and so began our journey. Gus has gone through training and evaluations in order to receive his certifications. I often incorporate Gus in sessions as a part of animal-assisted therapy. Outside of therapy sessions, Gus and I volunteer through Pet Partners, a nonprofit organization that provides therapy animal visits in schools, hospitals, and other community settings.

Gus loves meeting and interacting with clients. He has a sense for knowing when people need some extra comfort or a good laugh. If you want to visit with Gus or have him attend an event, please reach out to us!

When he’s not at the office with me, Gus lives a normal dog life. Some of his favorite activities are rolling in the grass, eating snow, and protecting everyone from squirrels.

Have you ever felt like parts of your identity are misunderstood—or completely unseen—in the therapy room? I believe that healing begins when we feel seen, safe, and accepted for who we truly are. In my work, I strive to create a supportive space where you can show up fully—without having to leave any part of your identity at the door.

I work with children (ages 7+), adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and eating disorders. Whether you're exploring who you are, carrying the weight of generational or personal trauma, or seeking a more grounded, authentic connection to yourself and others, I’m here to support you with curiosity, compassion, and cultural humility.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own story. Clients often share that they feel safe, respected, and truly heard in our work together. I draw from culturally responsive, research-informed practices—integrating Humanistic-existentialism, Cultural-relational, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and play-based interventions with younger clients—to tailor therapy to your needs, values, and lived experience.

I also bring a globally informed lens to my work. Originally from India and having lived in several countries, I deeply understand how culture, migration, and identity shape our inner world. I create space for your heritage, traditions, and unique worldview to be reflected and honoured in therapy. I want therapy to be a space where you can reclaim healing and live life on your own terms.

I love working with LGBTQ+ clients and am committed to offering an affirming, inclusive environment for people of all gender identities and sexual orientations. My work is grounded in intersectionality and attuned to the nuanced realities of those who hold marginalized or multiple identities.

Whether you're a child finding your voice through play, a teen navigating identity and belonging, or an adult looking to rewrite old narratives—I'd be honoured to walk alongside you. I offer both in-person and online sessions so that care can meet you where you are.

If you're ready to explore your story in a space that honours your full self, I’d love to connect.
